Svenska likes to think that they make chocolate in a typically Swedish way – with transparency, simplicity and honesty, letting the genuine flavor of the cacao be the guide to what chocolate we create.
This is why their process of making chocolate differs from how conventional chocolate is made. They do not add any extra cacao butter, vanilla or lecithin in our single origin bars. Their only two ingredients are cacao and cane sugar. All for the sake of the taste.
