We love a Piña Colada. So we wanted to recreate that iconic flavour of Rum, Pineapple and Coconut for this bar. First we drenched the cocoa nibs in dark rum and soaked them for a few weeks to infuse the flavour, then we dried out the nibs and made a 72% dark chocolate. When molding the bar we sprinkle toasted coconut and dried pineapple on the back, adding a glazed cherry to finish this delicious cocktail inspired bar.
