A rare cocoa collected from the wild forests of Itenez in Bolivia, this bar is one of their most awarded and loved. They receive these beans exceptionally every two years because they are often difficult to acquire.
Roasting is a fragile step due to the nature of these tiny beans. Maple sugar adds a caramelized note to this cocoa infused with notes of exotic fruits.
