A Colombian dark chocolate bar crafted by Tibito in Bogota using beans sourced from the Putumayo region.
Compare this chocolate in colour to Tibito’s other bars and you immediately see the bar has a much darker tone. The chocolate opens with bright notes of sweet buttered green peas which melt into coconut cream. Tibito detected a little powder as the bar dissolves in the mouth. The rich cream gives way to toasted hazelnuts and ever so slightly drying finish.
