Made with cacao we fermented from the wonderful Nine Fine Mynah Estate on O’ahu’s North Shore is a finalist in the International Cocoa of Excellence Awards, being judged in Paris in October. Their entry was selected as being in the top 50 of cacaos received from around the world. Madre has made delicious nutty & fruity bars made from this award-winning cacao from the 2017 harvest that are available for just the next few months. Winner of World Cocoa of Excellence 2017 as one of the best 18 cacaos in the world. Winner of Big Island Chocolate Festival 2016 & 2017 cacao award.
