These beans come from the Camino Verde farm in Balao, Ecuador. The Dandelion team visited this farm in May, 2014 and were impressed by the careful and methodical way the farm operates. Vicente Norero, the owner and general manager, is committed to a process that respects the soil, controls water consumption, utilizes bio-fertilizers, provides traceability of its trees, and achieves optimum fermentation and drying of beans.
